Shipping & Delivery
We ship wherever you are! For Germany and Austria you can expect your order in 1-2 business days, EU 4-7 business days and worldwide up to 10 days once the order is dispatched.
Our orders are all dispatched within 1-3 days via our logistics partner Gate56 GmbH.
Shipping is free within Germany and Austria, €10.00 per shipping for the EU and €35.00 per shipping worldwide.
Once your shipment is assigned a tracking number, we will notify you by e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for DHL to update the status of the shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 100 day return policy. This gives you a chance to test your product, and if it's not right for you, you can return or exchange it.
We are happy to offer you free shipping on all returns. Please ask our support team via email, phone or chat for a return label.
As to not create any more costs for you, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you a return label via mail. Please also state a reason for your return in order for us to improve our products in the future.
In order to assist you, please contact us by email, phone or chat. We will then check the status of your order and if still possible, cancel or change it. However, this is only possible for a very short period of time following the order information as it is passed directly to the shipping team to ensure a speedy delivery. If your request cannot be completed due to this, we will gladly accept a return or exchange once you have received the product.

Payment & Invoicing
We offer you the following payment options on the eu.bonaventura.shop: Credit card, PayPal, Instant bank transfer, Apple Pay.
You will receive your invoice from us via email. If you have not received your invoice, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. To process your request as quickly as possible, please provide us with your order number.
