Shipping & Delivery
Within Germany and Austria you can expect your order in 1-2 business days, in the EU 4-7 business days and worldwide up to 7 days after the order is dispatched.
Please note that we currently do not ship to: Kosovo, Moldova, Macedonia and Vatican City.
Our orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from our logistics partner, Wirths GmbH.
Regarding orders for products which are in stock, within Germany and Austria you can expect to receive your order 1-2 business days, in the EU 4-7 business days and worldwide up to 7 days after the order is dispatched.
However, please note that pre-orders for products which are not yet in stock will be shipped on or around the estimated shipping date which is displayed on each product page.
We deliver all orders on eu.bonaventura.shop safe and fast with DHL & DHL Express (tracking number included).
Within Germany and Austria shipping costs €5.90.
Within the rest of the EU shipping costs €10.00.
Worldwide shipping costs and €35.00.
Once your shipment is assigned a tracking number, we will notify you by e-mail.
Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for DHL to update the status of the shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30 day return policy. This gives you a chance to test your product, and if it's not right for you, you can return or exchange it.
We are happy to offer you free shipping on all returns.

As to not create any more costs for you, please contact us at service@mybonaventura.de and we will assist you in creating a return label.
Please let us know the reason for your return in order for us to improve our products in the future.
In order to assist you, please contact our Support Team by email, phone or chat. We will then check the status of your order and if still possible, cancel or change it. However, please note that this is only possible for a very short period of time following the placement of the order as the order details are passed directly to the shipping team to ensure a speedy delivery.
