What is your returns/replacements policy? How much time do I have to return the product?

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If there is any damage, stains, defects, product difference, quantity difference, etc. of the delivered product, please contact the Customer Support with your order number within 7 (seven) days after the product arrives.

BONAVENTURA will fully refund the price of the products provided only if they are returned by the customer unworn, unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relevant original invoice, with the BONAVENTURA packaging, with the label or the adhesive or seal intact and attached to the product or packaging, with the “Delivery Note” and “Warranty Card” (if the products comes with a warranty card).

After confirming the condition of the returned product, we will take care of the return/replacement procedure.

If you do not contact us in advance, we cannot accept your request.

BONAVENTURA reserves the right to refuse, at its discretion, the return of those products that do not comply with the requirements indicated above.


I want to replace the product because I don’t like the color anymore, is it possible?
Unfortunately returns or replacements of goods at your convenience are not accepted in principle. Thank you for your understanding in advance.


How can I return the product?
You can return the product with the courier/postal services at your convenience and only after contacting our Customer Support first.
*Please note that you will be responsible for shipping cost for returns.


Is there any time limit to return my product?
Yes, please return the item within 30 (thirty) days since the purchase.
*Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of products after more than 30 days since the purchase or in a different condition from the time of delivery. Please be aware of this.

Due to the characteristics of natural leather products, there might be individual characteristics such as size of the grain and its position, size of scratches and tigers (scars and wrinkles) and patterns. All natural leather has these peculiarities which should be considered as a value.
*Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for this reason.


Can I return a product that I purchased online to the BONAVENTURA Flagship store or another BONAVENTURA official store?
You can return the products purchased online on our site, at no additional cost, to BONAVENTURA Flagship store. We remind you that all returns must be accompanied by the relative invoice. Online purchases cannot be returned to BONAVENTURA Amazon or not authorized re-sellers. Please consider that a different return policy may be applied for purchases in the Flagship store.
*Please note that if you decide to return the item to a flagship store via courier, the shipping cost will be on your charge.


Can I return a customized product?
Changes, cancellations, replacements or returns are not accepted on orders for customized products.


How can I ask for a replacement?
Please contact our Customer Support and we will get back to you. In case it isn’t possible to make the replacement of the same product, BONAVENTURA might offer different suggestions. If your product has been already registered for warranty, please consult our Warranty Policy page.


How long will I have to wait to receive the refund?
BONAVENTURA will do everything possible to ensure a refund as soon as possible. Refunds are processed no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which BONAVENTURA was informed about Customer’s decision.
It takes 8-10 days to fully receive the refund. We will send you an email once the refund has been made.
Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.
